NEW YORK (AP) – Sting isn’t a religious man, but he says President Barack Obama might be a divine answer to the world’s problems.
“In many ways, he’s sent from God,” he joked in an interview, “because the world’s a mess.”

But Sting is serious in his belief that Obama is the best leader to navigate the world’s problems. In an interview on Wednesday, the former Police frontman said that he spent some time with Obama and “found him to be very genuine, very present, clearly super-smart, and exactly what we need in the world.”

“I can’t think of any be better qualified because of his background, his education, particularly in regard to Islam,” he said.

Still, Sting acknowledged the president had a “difficult job” ahead of him.

“It’s aggressive and violent and full of fear,” he said of the backlash against Obama. “They don’t want change, they want things to feel the same because they feel safe there.”

Did Michael Jackson know about the New World Order?

After investigating MJ’s death, I came up with some interesting info. It appears he knew something. How can this be? Well, the higher up you are in the world, (the music industry being one) the more secrets you are privy to.

MJ was noted as a Humanitarian. I believe he started out innocently in this. As most people do when they are idealistic thinking they can change the world for better. But when Jesus is left out of the equation all it does is put evil men in power and then you have a mass of people who become slaves to government. It has happened in many nations. Who is so naive to believe it can not happen in America?

I believe MJ knew something. I believe he spoke openly and passionately about it in this video. I would suggest you watch it now, for I sense (though not certain) it may be taken down in the weeks or months to come.

Sorry people, I can not do anything about the one crotch scene. So if you get offended easily, do not watch.

Suppose all the allegations about him were a lie? Who would do that to him and why? 

Why did Obama not even acknowledge his death until made to?

MJ describes total chaos that would come out of a New world Order. Was he about to warn people before he was MURDERED? I don’t know.

Rick Warren False Peace And The Antichrist Agenda

He said God tells him to find the man of peace. Hmm, looks to me like God would say find the man of truth. Peace without truth is compromise. There is such a difference, isn’t there?

Are you in Warren’s church? Come out of it. You are in a whore pretending to be the true Bride of Christ.

Some will find that statement shocking, no doubt. I ask you, why are you not testing things? God said there would be a falling away from the truth in the last days. What part of that do you not understand? Why do you judge me for being a Berean? Why do you adhere to teachings of men when God has told us to test all things?

Rather some of you would spend your time, just like the Pharisees – oh yes, it was the Scribes and Pharisees — that judged the truth as being a lie. They were so set in their ways, they wanted nothing of the truth. Think about it.

God’s Way or My Way?

I can just imagine the Elvis fans now coming here now after the recent upheavel with Michael Jackson. Hear me now: I LOVED Elvis. He was great at what he did. I still get goose bumbs when I hear that beautiful voice. But goosebumps mean nothing other than something appeals to your soul, not the Spirit. I hope some day I will see Elvis standing before the throne of God singing, worshipping the One true God in all purity and sanctification.

This post is to show us, to help us to begin discerning NOW how the enemy of our souls uses music to deceive us.

It was done in the day of Nebuchadnezzar.

I suspect anti-christ– whoever he may be– will use music and song to try and make us one with him at some point.

Music is a very powerful agent. It can be hypnotic and can induce an altared state.

This songs’ melody is absolutely beautiful. But I would like for to watch it and listen to the words very closely. Should we be doing things our way, or God’s way?

How do we know when something is being done our way or God’s way? If something points to the truth of the gospel and to Jesus, we can be certain it is God’s way.

See, the thing with music is it can draw us into an emotional realm where God may not want us to go. When that happens, the lyrics of a song begin to take over because the music itself can be so hautingly beautiful it brings our defenses down.

If you believe this, I promise you will never ever begin to listen to this song again the way you may have been used to. It glorifies the achievments of man instead of glorifying God. It is a song of pride in spite of it’s beauty.

Beloved, test all things. Even those things pleasant to the ears. Satan comes as an angel of light. Let nothing–no matter how good it sounds or appears– deceive you.

Michael Jackson in Heaven?

I love the way this sister presents the possibility that Michael Jackson has a chance of being in heaven. In spite of what a few may think of my recent posts and comments; I loved Michael Jackson as a human being and even as an entertainer at one time or another in my life. I do believe he was the greatest single entertainer in my lifetime.

It is my hope that at some point he had come to the saving knowledge of the truth. If you came here out of curiosity or something led you here; you can have hope also of heaven if you call on the name of Jesus and repent for your sins. We all are sinners. Every last one of us. It could be that Michael Jackson called out to Jesus at some point knowing he needed a Savior. You can too, this very minute.

What was Looking Back at the Man in the Mirror

I don’t know where I am going to go with this exactly. I just feel like ranting for a moment or two. 

Partly, my problem is Michael Jackson.  Having lost a child, Michael’s death breaks my heart for his family. I know that loss, that pain, that empty place that never gets filled again. I know all ways that it comes back, in the little things, the holidays, in the faces of other family members, in our memories and little jokes and in our dreams.  I know every detail of what could have been, but never will be.

I look at the news on TV, I read the articles, but I see nothing from them, not even a hint of grief.  And this could be in part because they are grieving in private.  It could also be because the glorious media does not want us to see it that way. After all, they’ve honed that talent of getting us to listen and hear only what they deem important, or better said, what they deem the truth.

I watched with great anticipation the media coverage of his alleged child molestation charges both times.  Could it be true???  The media was right there waiting for him to be charged and found guilty, every moment they could grab they took advantage, every detail.  Criminals should be prosecuted.  Children should be protected, the public warned.  However, none of this took place.  

Now, he has died, somewhat mysteriously, or at least that is what we are all being fed. One moment he was in bad health, the next it was good health, it was his heart, it wasn’t his heart. It was drugs, but then we don’t know that for sure either. One more detail means one more story. No matter, dead is still dead.

Forget the doubts, the allegations! He is a hero again- our hero, our “son”, the brightest and most talented of all time.  Some claim he is moon dancing on the streets of gold, someone else called him the prince of peace.  I’ve heard people say he was a giving, caring person. Was he?  Maybe so, in part. But maybe the goodness in him was buried so far down it couldn’t find its way out. Everyone with a story is on camera giving it. Everyone wants a chance to be known as a pal of the late, great Michael Jackson.

Farrah Fawcett died that very same day. Her funeral has taken place.  She was mourned and buried, someone said she was mourned like normal people morn their lost.  Not so with the death of Michael. Now we have another week of this charade, the mourners, the worshippers, the Michael story tellers and the big upcoming public funeral.  They will sell seats, maybe popcorn and cotton candy to bring in a few more bucks. If you can’t get in, you can watch it broadcast from big screen TVs. Or maybe from your own, something maybe HBO could pick up. Or we can package it and sell it later on, market it for Christmas on DVD – what a great gift it would make.

Michael did  not become famous on his own.  Had the public not worshipped him, his music, his moves, his lifestyle he would not have been famous.  He would not have been given the opportunity to inflict his disgust on so many for so long in so many different ways. And maybe there  never would have been the claims from those boys and thier families. The public only needed to stand up and say that it was wrong, gone too far, too explicit, not acceptable.  Isn’t that the stance taken with Elvis and his girating moves? Yes, and with good reason.

We don’t do that anymore.  We have freedom of speech, freedom of expression of our creativity. It’s music, after all! We have “choice”, and if  you don’t like it, don’t listen, turn it off, but let others alone.  Its our right, this is America, home of the free. Criminals are not prosecuted, children are not protected, the public is not warned. We have lost our dignity as a country.  We have no shame. We share in the sins of others.

I think the only thing left to do is to stuff  his body and parade him around on a float.  It’s summer, so why not send him around state to state as an act to the county fairs?  Then the public will have ample chance to pay homage to their king of pop.  And the money mongers will have thier fill of thier newest side show and will cash in big time. The media will experience more job security. No one cares about real news headlines anyway. Let’s bleed this man’s worth for every penny we can while we still can. Disgusting thoughts, aren’t they?

What is in the heart of a family who would allow any of this to continue for one more moment?

Even though I haven’t listened to his music for many years, I keep hearing some of his songs in my head – Ben, Billy Jean and the Man in the Mirror. I think of all the stories I heard of him over the years, his childhood, the abuse, the neglect and down right abandonment. What kind of a father takes his young sons to strip clubs to perform? It seems he was only alive to provide for his family, those who should have been providing for him, supporting him, loving him.   I wonder the horror that he endured as a child and as a man.  The pain and degredation that never healed, never left him.  I wonder about his dreams and the thoughts that went through his mind over the years. I wonder what he saw when he looked at himself in the mirror, or more importantly what was looking back at him.

I think of his children in the hands of those who made him who he is.

I wonder what kind of man he could have been otherwise.

The Lord says we reap what we sow.  He says that the sins of the fathers are passed to thier children, He says we share in evil when we do not speak against it.

I know I said I did not want to continue on with the Michael Jackson thing. But, when I see compromise such as below, I can not but help warn people of the heresy and deception in this touchy-feely gospel being preached. I’m sure some out there will ask, “I don’t see how you can get all worked up over this?” To you I would say, “I don’t see how you can not afford to?” Suppose it was YOUR loved one a christian gave a false sense of security to?

In August of 1986, the famous composer Leonard Bernstein was in Los Angeles to conduct a classical concert at UCLA’s Royce Hall. Knowing that his birthday would fall on the same week, I asked him what he wanted. Without missing a beat, Leonard said, “I want to meet Michael Jackson.”

At the time, Michael was the biggest pop star in the universe. He was just coming off the massive global success of Thriller, a sold-out world tour, and multiple Grammy wins that catapulted him into the rarified air of Beatlesque pandemonium wherever he went. He was seen inside the music industry as the greatest raw talent of a generation, and the combination of Michael and Quincy Jones in the studio set a standard that may never be equaled.

Leonard was a global superstar and TV personality in his own right—he is listed in many publications as the most celebrated musician, conductor, and composer of the 20th century. Yet Leonard was awestruck by the talent of Michael, describing him to me once as “the most electrifying pop star I’ve seen since the Beatles.” Leonard wanted to introduce Michael to classical music and maybe inspire Michael toward a collaboration of classical and pop music.

I was determined to grant Leonard his birthday wish by making the meeting of my two friends happen. So I called another friend, Quincy Jones, also a musical titan and legend whom I’d introduced to Leonard the previous year at yet another dinner.

Quincy idolized Leonard Bernstein, so he said he’d call Michael and ask. An hour later, he called to say that Michael couldn’t make it. When I told Leonard that Michael wouldn’t be there, he said, “What? You tell him that I, Leonard Bernstein, command him to come to my concert!” I got back on the phone with Quincy. Two hours later, Quincy called to say that Michael would be there. “But he’s never been to a classical concert, so this should be interesting!”

At the concert, Michael loved watching Leonard, who at one point leapt three feet in the air during a section of the score and landed with a loud ‘thud.’ (Quincy, Michael, and I were pretty sure this was Leonard trying to show off for Michael.)

Later that night, during a dinner at my house, I came to see Michael as a man with one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever known. He thanked me over and over for “commanding” him to come to the concert. He asked me to remind him of some of my hit songs with Ambrosia, so I sang a chorus of “Biggest Part of Me.” His eyes lit up like a little kid’s, and he took over and sang the entire chorus back to me.

At one point, Leonard draped his long white scarf around his neck and Michael’s for a series of photos, then stood up and gave Michael a conducting lesson on the spot. Later, these two musical giants bonded over . . . acne! They both had problems with it, and somehow that very embarrassing personal topic was their major connecting point. Leonard would talk about this for years to come. Michael called me the next day and asked for photos from that night, and he was thrilled when he got them.

During that special evening, I felt the need to share my faith with him, to let him know that another Christian artist was sitting next to him. So when he whispered, “How can I ever thank you for this wonderful night?” I said, “Michael, I didn’t put this together, God did!” He said, “Oh yes, I believe that with all of my heart.”

RedeemedHippie:[He felt the need to share his faith and let him know another christian artist was with him? Is he implying he thought Michael Jackson a christian and if so, what does he base this on? Perhaps God did put the thing together, but for what purpose if not to tell Michael Jackson the gospel? Was it told to him? No! For shame!]

I told him I was a Christian, and he said he was, too. We talked about the first Christian song we’d both heard as children: “Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Little ones to him belong, they are weak but he is strong.” With the dinner party loudly going on around us, we both quietly leaned in and sang the song, smiling like choirboys. “Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me.” Then we gave each other a short embrace.

RedeemedHippie>[Oh my gosh! Such trivial dribble! Singing "Jesus loves me" with someone and then embracing, does not make one a christian. I could  have done that in my bar-hopping days and I STILL would have been lost and on my way to hell! WHAT an injustice done to Michael Jackson that night! Here, a suppossingly christian man goes to him, but does not present the gospel but intead plays into the hands of the enemy by treating MJ like the little boy he pretended to be by simply singing a simple song together! WHAT AN INJUSTICE to Jesus! Someone tell me HOW that honored the Lord and the truth?!] 

I knew at that moment that this sweet-spirited young genius was going to find his eternal peace in heaven.

RedeemedHippie:[WHY? Because he sung a song with you and then you had a warm fuzzy hug together?! I COULD VOMIT!] 

I did not find Michael weird, messed up, or anything you’ve ever heard about him. I want to say that I feel all of the allegations ever charged against Michael were false, and that in my discernment, he did not have the capacity to ever do anything except love children and let them know he would do anything to stand up for them, and help them.

Just look at the magnificent work he did on their behalf in writing and co-producing “We Are The World,” and the 39 charities for children he gave to generously. That was Michael.

RedeemedHippie:[Has he not paid attention to the words of We Are The World? WHAT is wrong when christians so want the world to love them, that they will excuse sin and lying doctines all for the sake of having their few minutes with an idol?!]

I believe that during his his trials he related to the suffering of Christ, and prayed for intervention, because he was being accused over what he loved most—children. This caused him perhaps more pain than anything in his life.

RedeemedHippie:[I  can't believe my ears! To compare MJ's suffering of the allegations of his perversions with little boys as the suffering of Christ is unbelievable AND an abomination! He was guilty of perversions! And this David whoever could not stand to look at it. Why? Well, gee it just meant so much to hang out with Michael Jackson at the time.]

I know Michael loved Jesus with all his heart.

Quincy had told me about his work sharing his faith with others, often door-to-door, because he’d been raised a devout Jehovah’s Witness. Later in life he told people he was a non-denominational Christian. Still more recently, reports circulated that he’d converted to Islam. But the Michael I knew had seriously contemplated giving up music to spend full-time in Christian ministry.

If there’s anything that gives me peace during this moment of loss, it’s knowing that one of the greatest artists of our time is now moon-walking along the gold paved roads of heaven, where streets have no name, with a broad smile on his face, and a band of angels welcoming him home.

Did Michael Jackson repent, accept Christ?

If this is true, then it bears to be brought to attention. There may have been a chance that Michael Jackson found the truth near the end of his life. Of course we have no way of truly knowing. But if so, then the angels in heaven were rejoicing if there was a heart change. If so, then I would rejoice, also.

Pop idol reached out to Gospel star Andrae Crouch before death.

Gospel superstar Andrae Crouch and his twin sister, Sandra, confirm meeting with Michael Jackson and praying and singing with him weeks before his death.

Jackson, raised as a member of the Jehovah’s Witness sect and reportedly a convert to Islam last year, sought out the Crouches for inspiration for his upcoming tour, for which he was unprepared, according to a report in Assist News Service.

RedeemedHippie:[One does have to ask, what kind of inspration?]

But while some blogs have reported that meeting led to a spiritual conversion by Jackson, the Crouches say they are not certain.

“Not sure where that came from,” said Sandra Crouch on her Facebook page. “We loved and respected Michael and will continue to pray for his family. All the extra is not from us.”

A spokesman for the Crouches had this to add: “Andrae and Sandra did in fact visit with Michael Jackson two times, once at the recording studio, and once at his home in the last two months, as recently as three weeks ago, asking for prayer concerning the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and how he could make his music more ’spiritual.’

RedeemedHippie:[I hope this was not just something on how to have more power in his music, but one of rather wanting to worship in spirit and truth. Any of us can try and be more spiritual. But the question is, is Jesus in it?]

So Andrae and Sandra explained to him about the anointing and about Jesus. He wanted to know what makes your hands go up, and makes you ‘come out of yourself,’ and what gives a ’spirituality’ to the music?

RedeemedHippie:[This sounds either a little child-like or suspicious. Only God knows MJ's motives for wanting to know. Was he seeking more occult like power (come out of yourself) or the things of God from a pure heart? Only God knows?] 

He then requested to hear his favorite song that he loves and wanted the(m) to sing to him, so they … joined hands and sang together, and he said, ‘It was beautiful.’ He first heard it in New York, and loved it and wanted it on tape. He had the engineer tape the song sang to him by Andrae and Sandra. He definitely had an encounter with them.”

RedeemedHippie:[But did he have an encounter with the One True God?]

Was there evidence of a conversion?

The Crouch spokesman said: “He did NOT reject Jesus or the prayer when (we) prayed, and gladly joined in prayer. He usually doesn’t touch anybody, but he touched them, and held their hands in a circle as they sang and prayed. There was NO actual ’sinners prayer’ however, but they did talk and pray about Jesus and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The Love of God is in the Truth

Someone (where’s the love of God?) left me this comment concerning the recent video I put up on Michael Jackson‘s spiritual beliefs:

 

It’s obvious that the makers of this video have a disdain for Michael Jackson. As a devout Christian, I stand in awe and disbelief that the video shown here goes so far to try to bring evil to the forefront. I agree that MJ’s life was no life of a saint, but for what sins will you be judged for, my friend? I also agree that idolatry of anything or anyone is a sin, but the video makers here had an opportunity to glorify Christ and missed it. Who is going to be drawn to Christ as a result of this video? Some of the context was not even true, exaggeration to make a point in this case borders on lies. How about lifting up the name of Jesus or sending the message of love and hope? This is what the Bible says will draw men to Christ. It is normal for someone to mourn such a great loss, although you may not see it as a great loss. All I ask is that the makers of this video search their hearts to see if there is any underlying hatred.

I am only saying this once as I have no desire to make Michael Jackson the focus of this blog. So I answer to all who may question where my heart is in the matter:

No, it is not obvious that the makers of this video have a disdain for Michael Jackson. What is obvious is your compromise for truth.

I can not help what the truth is. In light of thousands and thousands of people loving MJ, it still does not take away from the fact that his actions proved him a wicked man in spite of his Peter Pan image. Satan turned him into a freak to behold. Such is the way Satan does to one of his own. I nor the video maker, (Who I don’t even know) knew MJ personally. Did you? If you did, perhaps you could tell us if he received Jesus. I know that would cause great joy to many of us.

Even now, it is being reported people are committing suicide over him! And where will they go?! Do you even care?

You asked, “who is going to be drawn to Christ as a result of the video?” I don’t know the answer to that and neither do you. If the video can keep just one person from following MJ as some kind of idol to behold then it is worth it. If it can cause one to begin searching out for the one true King and One true Lord, then it is worth it.

You asked for what sins will I be judged, as if that alone excuses his behavior and lifestyle. As if that alone is enough to make one be silent in the light of idolatry and wickedness of such men like MJ. If people are glorifying his life and death as some kind of god in this world, if there are those committing suicide over him, that should be a reason to look at the video and question this man’s beliefs!

What kind of gospel as a devout Christian do you preach? One of that God loves everyone and sends no one to hell? One of not offending people, or else you hurt their feelings and they may not want to follow your God? Truth offends. Count the cost. Pick up your cross.

You said some of the content was not even true? I would have to ask what and how do you know? There is more than enough evidence to point that it is true. His life was not one of being that pointed others to Jesus and to the truth, yet you accuse me. Now there is awe and disbelief on my part, that you confess to stand for the side of truth, yet when it is presented, you rise up like some devout Christian, defending the ungodly and their ungodly ways.

Let’s look at what IS true. God knows I don’t even want to mention this because it is so disgusting (and I want this site to be G rated–so I get it out of the way NOW) but how about his perverse acts of grabbing his crotch in some vulgar act in his dance routines? How many little boy and girls do you think imitate that? Or taking little boys home with him and sleeping in the same bed. Paying off the parents. Changing the words of scripture and having thousands singing it as some kind of mantra–“When Jesus turned stone into bread.” His lie, “We all are a part of God’s great big family.” No, the Word of God tells us there are children of light and children of darkness. We all do NOT have the same father.

Instead of your awe and disbelief being in the video drawing evil to the forefront as you say, your awe and disbelief ought to be lined up with the lack of truth you have in your beliefs and convictions.

I know there are many who loved him. I know what grief is. I take no one’s sorrow lightly and am no stranger to it. If Michael Jackson did not repent before his last breath and if he could speak right now from the dead, he would be crying out from the bowels of hell for those who loved him, to repent. If that’s a little more than you can take, then don’t blame me. It is the truth.

You call yourself a devout Christian. Good for you. I’m glad you see yourself that way. Now maybe you might want to get some nerve and stop being afraid of having the mindset of offending others with the truth of the gospel. Because that is exactly what is when you challenge people like myself instead of bringing evil to the forefront at times in order to warn people. We are called to test all things. We are called to know our enemy. We are called to be lights set upon a hill. Sometimes that means shining so brightly that evil will be exposed.

You accuse the maker of the video of hatred and I suppose you accuse me of the same thing. But let me ask you; did you lay in bed the night of MJ’s death, wondering where he was? Wondering if anyone had been able to present the truth to him in the final days of his life? Did you lie awake knowing you could not pray for him — that it was too late for him now? Did you toss and turn because someone you never met might be in hell and if there just had been some kind of way, you would have told him the good news? Did you even shed a tear for one who Satan used greatly in this lifetime? Did you let your mind go through time and see how MJ developed over the years? How he started out as a small boy with an innocent child-like desire to sing and dance. How the enemy of his soul perverted his talents? How many used him and abused him–to the point where he could not find the love he was so desperately searching for? Such is how Satan treats his children and does to those he raises up in this world. Did you think of all the kingdoms of the world Satan gave to MJ and how not one of them could save his soul? Did you think of his great success and fame and see it was all vanity? Did you think of Thriller and how even though it is slightly innocent compared to today’s movies, that if MJ was in hell, there were demons much greater than Thriller tormenting his very soul?

Did you wonder how Jesus–the Redeemer of all mankind– may have felt to lose a soul? Did you wonder how many times Jesus had tried to speak to MJ and MJ may have ignored His pleas to “come unto me?” Did you wonder if Jesus was weeping over MJ? He loved him more than any of his family, friends or fans could have ever loved him in this lifetime. Even in the end the stones were not turned to bread for MJ. Did you dare to even shed a tear over such a one?

If not, then be gone and be silent. For you know nothing of true compassion. Even if you are a devout Christian.

You said, “All I ask is that the makers of this video search their hearts to see if there is any underlying hatred.” Like I said, I do not know the maker of the video, now I ask you to search your heart and see if you are a coward or/and an appeaser.

I do not pick up any hatred from the maker of the video. But it is cowardly and a type of hate and apathy to not believe in warning others of impending doom. It is compromise to try and find common ground with wickedness. It is love that would warn others in spite of being accused from people like you. It is love that would try it’s best to convey the truth as best as possible. “Guru” Oprah helps usher in anti-christ

New Age (New Age Movement and New Age Spirituality) is a social collective phenomenon and a spirtual nature movement that seeks universal truth through the oneness of humaity.

Oprah winfrey is a liar.

The book, “A Course in Miracles” was written by a woman named Helen Schucman. It took her seven years to write as she listened to the divine voice that claimed to be Jesus. It was not Jesus. It was a demon. 

Oprah may be “guru” to many but she is anti-christ to God. She has been pushing the New Age agenda for years and now she is desiring a place in the department of peace!

She is teaching this New Age abomination garbage on her satelite show. She and the woman teaching the heresy are pushing for a “Peace Plan” with the Peace Alliance. Both applying for high level cabinet positions in the department of peace.  

For those of you who may be babes in Christ, know that the woman’s voice you hear speaking is NOT, I repeat is NOT speaking the things of God. She is speaking the lies of the devil. Satan is the father of all lies.  Look and read the scripture on the screen. THAT is the truth.

There is no sin.

That is a lie!

[God's Word says, "For all have sinned."]

The journey to the cross should be the last useless journey.

Do not make the pathetic error of clinging to the old rugged cross.

Those are lies!

The name of “Jesus” is just symbolic of all the gods to which you pray.

[The Word of God says, "That at the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings." The Word of God also says, "There is no other name in heaven and earth that man can be saved."] 

Daniel in the Bible tells us when antichrist is revealed he will appear as a man of peace. Daniel said of the antichrist, “by peace he shall destroy many.” Daniel 8:25.

Bride of Christ, this is just one of many reasons we MUST know what is in the Word of God. People like Oprah have huge followings. People would much rather park their butt down in front of a T.V. and listen to smooth things than to pick up the Truth of God and read it for themselves. Oprah is a liar and deciever of the greatest kind. Ask me how I know? Because it is the Word of God that is true! Not that of star studded self-taught Hollywood gurus!

And to think this woman may have some kind of important role in government affairs?!

Michael Jackson’s Spiritual Beliefs

I really do not want to focus on Michael Jackson because I believe there are more important things going on in the world than the death of what I believe was a wicked man in spite of his Peter Pan appearance. But in light of that, within the next few days the world will be mourning one if it’s own; I think some truth needs to be told on who and what Michael Jackson was, lest the worship of him and the glorification of his death, will lead many into deception. Take heed of the many deceptions coming upon the earth. Anti-christ spirit is all through the earth doing everything to lead masses of people away from the One True God; the spirit of Truth.

So if there are any Michael Jackson fans (especially the young) please take a look at what your idol really was. Know this: Michael Jackson did not die on a cross for you. There is only One who did. His name is Jesus Christ.

Michael Jackson, a musical icon to many has died. He lived a life of extreme popularity, devotion from many, achieving great wealth and success in this lifetime. He was a man both sad and confused. Saddened by the way God made him, he spent years trying to create himself in his image instead of accepting himself in the image God created him to be. Disfiguring his face trying to get the perfect look he had wanted, eventually and sadly turned him into a freak. God did not do this to Michael Jackson.

I believe he was a musical genius. He was able to create a certain sound and rhythm that few, if any, have been able to create. Many times I have wondered where that “gift” or “sound” came from.Yes, Michael Jackson was loved by many. But did he love God? And if so, which god? Was it Jesus, the only begotten Son of God or was it another? If another–it is the god of this world. The god of wealth. The god of fame. The god of needing to find acceptance anywhere but with the one true God. His wealth, fame, talent and fans can not help him now.

He came up with dance moves that was the envy of many. And only he could do them that certain Michael Jackson way that had thousands of us captivated at one time or another. He once said that the music moved him. As if something would come upon him and possess him. He was right, something did move him and possess him. But it was not the Holy Spirit. How do I know? Because the Word of God says when the Holy Spirit comes it will bear witness of Jesus.

Before anyone attacks me for touching what may be an idol to many, I ask you WHY you would begin to think it was the Holy Spirit? When Michael danced, did he make you want to love Jesus? Did he make you think on things eternal? Did he make you want to turn from sin? Did he make you want to worship God? You know he didn’t. You, like I, were captivated by his style, his talent, his “gift.” I believe it is safe to say there will never be another Michael Jackson.

I’ve seen videos of Michael Jackson from all across the world. I’ve seen the fans. Weeping fans. Screaming fans. Fainting fans. Worshipping fans. It was the same spirit at work with the Beatles and with Elvis. And yet, as I myself sat and watched, I too, could feel that pull of making mere man more than what he is. All because he had a talent and was able to touch something in me.

He was known for his generosity just like Elvis, before him. As honorable as that is, let us not lose sight of the fact that he was also known as a homosexual and a predator of little boys. Whether we like it or not, God calls it sin.

Someone said he would be “forever immortalized.” No, no he won’t. There is only One who will be forever immortalized. That is Jesus Christ. All things will pass away. The only thing that will remain will be the things of God.

I, like many in my generation grew up with Michael Jackson and remember the little boy who was able to grasp the attention of the world with his talents, passion and abilites. How many of us sang his songs or danced to his music? I know I did. But that was long ago, and life brings many changes. 

I get absolutely no pleasure in saying this: If Michael Jackson’s name was not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, he is in hell burning right now.

Just like other kings and queens before him; Elvis the king of rock and Janis the queen of rock–Michael Jackson the King of Pop has bowed his knee to the King of Kings.
