In a story found here http://boston.cbslocal.com/2013/12/11/dog-helps-save-owner-who-was-hit-by-car-in-dorchester/ a man was saved by his dog.
“A dog helped save her owner who was badly injured in a car crash just days before Thanksgiving. John Miles was walking his dog Lucy on Neponset Street in Dorchester, as he does every day, when both of them were hit by a car.”
So heartwarming to me. Where would that man be if not for his dog? I believe there is something so special God puts in animals. Especially dogs. I wished they lived a lot longer than they do.
There are hundreds of stories about dogs saving people. God must love us an awful lot to give us such faithful friends. I’m so glad God made dogs.
The following story reminds me of this: “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” — 1 John 15:13 — Jesus
